To cold winter months, I don't look forward I know snowflakes have their own charm A gentle snow can turn Autumn's orchard into fairyland, like a cherished yarn. And, the hush left by a new-falling snow Gracefully, as though time has come undone As we gaze at Winter's new painting show, we recall winter fun when we were young Earth seems to pause to admire its new look we sit by fire singing some old songs Friends and snow go together like a book I still think warm's best, but I could be wrong!

Hi, Michelle! And thanks. I do think a new snow is lovely, but I'd much rather have sunshine and flowers. It's nice to hear from you!

Ann, I really like how you 'admitted' that winter isn't so bad after all... perhaps. I like winter too -- in Arizona or Florida. lol.

I like the hot sunshine, but I may change my mind as Earth continues to heat! Thanks for commenting.
