The kiss of death
That downs the autumn leaves
To burn in crimson flames beneath

Winter does seem like a gloomy season for some, but in Florida's it's usually the most pleasant time of the year. Grew up in the Northeast though, Lainie, I can relate to this great cinquain! Love, Carolyn
