Your title caught my attention and wondered what it could be about-- my brain is kinda slow today, took me the 2nd read to get the metaphor here and when I got it and just hit me, and I have to say, very witty of you to play on that! What at first could be a literal description, holds a different meaning-- ah, windows of the soul indeed. I really enjoyed this one, sweetie pie eye!

Your interpretation is interesting as well, as I expected no less, the eyes being the windows to the soul and all. Wonderful expression.
