"Hell is empty and all the devils are here” - William Shakespeare What is this hell upon us that we live in? What lawless times must we endure when fools abound and we can’t win? Where they come from we’ll never know for sure. My best guess is that hell is empty and they’re here loose in numbers plenty ~ AP: 3rd place 2025 Submitted on April 6, 2025 for contest THE BARD'S BIRTHDAY sponsored by OLIVER McKEITHAN - RANKED 4TH

'Hell on Earth,' eh? ... I imagine that 'downstairs' is ten times as bad, 'cos all those now 'up here' will be back 'down there' soon enough...
