Will You Walk It With Me

Will you walk it with me? I wake up and again my first thought is you, a smile appears on my face The morning sun is shining through my window as I imagine what the day will bring I get ready for work as a poem floats around inside of my head and I can’t wait to write it I grab my keys and wallet thinking, “What you are doing right now, is it me you are missing?” I walk outside the front door, seeing a beautiful dawn waiting, and breathe in the fresh air Realizing, I am taking another step on the pathway to forever, and I wonder “Will you walk it with me?” Good morning Soupers

Sure Chris ! Having a friend by your side can be a true blessing on the path of life, especially when you are missing a certain someone .... us humans aren't meant to walk alone although some still have to. Deep thought provoking write Chris :)

And I can think of no better friend to walk with me. Thank you so very much Lenna. And you are right. many still do walk alone, it is sad but hopefully someday they will look down and see two shadows instead of just one.
