Why Worry
Why do I always worry, you so often say,
I just want us safe rather than sorry one day.
Why did you ever worry initially, I gently said,
I know your story like I live inside your head.
Why should I even worry, we both ask,
I say, "I just want to plan for every task."
Why should you ever worry, I tell you lovingly,
"If I didn't love you, I'd treat you shallowly."
Why do we all tend to worry, we question,
It is because we feel invisible apprehension.
Why worry at all though, life is usually good,
It's just I think, "Am I living like I should?"
Why do I always worry for you, my lovely,
It is 'cause I need you and I to live freely.
Why worry though, when I have you
Always loving me in the ways you do.
