Why Mary Is So Contrary
Mary had a little lamb and the doctors were amazed,
And everywhere that Mary went the media remained crazed.
Mary was overwhelmed with offers that to her each day were sent,
She started out by fighting fame but then went and hired an agent,
He put her on the talk show circuit to chat with Oprah and Ellen,
They wanted to know who the father was but Mary wasn’t tellin’.
It’s not that she was ashamed really, of the beast that sowed his seed,
She feared that none would believe her if she said who’d done the deed.
It seems she lived in St. Louis and it was their football team that she adored,
But no one could possibly ever conceive that a Ram might actually have scored.
