Who's Your Poet Now

Oh hell, why do I go
to peoples pages, I do not know
Why must I look to see 
What these Hacks call poetry
There, right now, in my face
If he had talent, it left no trace
This sends me into a violent rage
Oh crap, I'm looking at ........my page


I often look back at poetry I have written
years ago...sometimes just weeks ago, and say
"Who the Hell wrote THAT"

You should have written it in time for the comments contest as Andrea said! Wow! I have that feeling too, but...truth be told, I do sometimes read something I've written and get a nice warm feeling...Like....I wrote THAT? ;) It goes both ways.
