Who's the Pretzel

~~~Who's the Pretzel ?~~~ Off to my first yoga class I went After much money on outfit spent. Twisted into pretzel form. These positions not the norm. I was designed for straight world, not bent. Looked around to watch rest of the class. Only view was of my own wide ass. All of my joints were popping So I think I'll be stopping. Safer to just give yoga a pass. for Tahera Mannan's 'Yoga' contest

Hilarious, Francine!! (especially the "view" you saw) I took yoga classes, but I'm an acrobat/contortionist so none of the positions were hard for me. Thinking back, though, I do recall some sneers of contempt from classmates. Awesome entry for the contest and I hope to see your poem in the winners' circle. ("Weird Carolyn or "Pretzel Carolyn" are acceptable nicknames for me. LOL) Love, Carolyn

Cute and clever spin on yoga Francine.. it is part of my daily routine of exercise and those positions are challenging to say the least.. great form and good luck in the contest with this humorous piece luv..
