recognition of our true constitution reveals
we are not merely limited mind-body combine
our soul being encased in five sheaths or coverings
of which the first and grossest is the material organism
the second our pranic energy field, which keeps body alive
third our lower analytical mind or what we call as our left brain
fourth higher mind, which is free from doership, loosely called intuition
fifth our bliss sheath, love essence, joy, empathy, compassion, innate divinity

possibly owing to an aberration in the distant past, our ego became manifest
being simply delusion that this mind-body identity is the all there is to us
self-hypnosis, if we will, urging us to maximise fleeting joy for the ego
stifling voice of conscience and inner polarity of mind and senses
thereby making our soul a prisoner in earth vehicle ensouled
head and heart misaligned, setting karmic force in motion
which simply stated, is deluded hearts unfulfilled desire
causation of reincarnation until all ego desires cease

undergoing cyclic pain and joy in the world external
on reaching point of exhaustion, meld head with heart 
stopping movement of thought, abiding in pristine silence
desires and fears rooted in transient attachments renounced
thereby embracing emptiness with our attention poised in stillness
simply looking at thought forms appearing and disappearing in mind
assigning no ownership to them, feeding them not, whereupon they fade
holding our peace, in timeless time, we are graced by bliss explosion within

astonished and awestruck at the fortuitous happening we are disconcerted
knowing not what the sensations within us signify and wary of the energy
pervading our form like warm waves of the ocean lapping up the shore
radiating from inside out, amplitude rising, as we fear for our sanity
at which stage we may choose to accept or block the magnetism 
either which ways, the currents resume when free will chooses
our acceptant spirit in an aspect of childlike trust a catalyst
holding us still in the flow enabling bliss in permanence 

wisdom downloads and divine experiences follow
layer by layer self-imposed ego blockages drop away
mists clear and we get glimpses of the underlying reality
graced one day by God’s touch revealed in soft white light
accompanied by a message, confidential and known to us alone
which even if shared cannot be understood by other fellow travellers
such is the beauty of this truth, an open secret, well hidden in plain sight
marking a permanent shift in our oneness entwined in-form consciousness

each peak attained but being a new beginning, having seen God face to face
assimilation of revelations takes time to be etched upon the fabric of soul
as we oscillate between the outer and inner worlds enriched by bliss
in but not of the world, recognising that mind-body is an object
with unchanging awareness the subject, empowered by God
who is the one in all and so as we each be so breathed
our core slowly veers towards the singular life force 
as we be to become one with God consciousness 

devoid of mind, ritual, religion or any dogma
unbound essence of presence yawns and stretches
all embracing, non-judgmental, empathetic and blissful
recognising that each soul embarks upon its own unique path
at the ordained time, all getting to roots of the singular realisation 
pointed out in fact by all scriptures but yet accepted only when known
seen and felt directly by each earth entity upon letting go of their delusion
plunging fearlessly into the vibrant void of no-thingness in unbroken awareness
