Where's the Rabbit
High atop a giant redwood
A gold eagle sets
Surveying the forest floor
Then off to its left it's sees
A rabbit far off in the distance
Leaving its perch the eagle soars
Into position then dives in
For the kill
With legs Extended it's razor-sharp
Talons Pierce it's prey
Then back to the heavens it flies
Suddenly A loud crack of thunder
Fills the air
Startled the eagle opens it's eyes
Then flies off toward its nest
Wondering where's the rabbit
No rabbits were harmed
during the writing of this tale
