Where Is My Love

I trudge alone through yet another day. Invisible folks pass me by. Only I know how much I long for you. I wait alone for joy to fill my lonely soul. When I can share some sort of love With the woman who should return love to me? I reach out even to infinity but find only cold winter. I yearn for luxuriant spring but it seems far away. Enticing dreams come. Grotesque dreams go. There are endless murky miles between us Yet it will not deter my frisky flight. I soar into any pleasant vacuum, I'll risk my very sterile life. And when finally I'll find you I'll caress your soft smooth cheeks. We'll be immersed in our happiness And celebrate our new found felicity.
