Where Have They Gone?

Where has the sun gone?
With its bright rays spreading warmth
Opening blossoms.

Where has the breeze gone?
That spreads the moisture they need
Their thirst to appease.

Where has the bird gone?
That spreads good cheers all around
When spring comes about.

Where has my love gone?
That felt so close for a while
In the mist, it hides.

Where have they all gone?
The mist will lift and reveal
What I have to see.

The mist will lift, and you will see - the wonderful things waiting for thee. As the mist arises so do your eyes, and standing in front of you - the ultimate surprise... excellent poem Caroline>>James

Hi Caroline. "The mist will lift and reveal What I have to see." - I hope you'll see a true love carressed by sunrays, accompanied by lovebirds'songs in a warm breeze of dreams...Thank you Caroline for your comment on my "Solo". You are sooo right in your analysis...Love, Iolanda
