When Will We Wake Up
When will we wake up
we sleep knee deep
in what others do
they steal our life
they steal our vote
they give us little choice
we need a new way
we have to start a new day
we have been robbed
I want a life of being free
not a slave of the few
and not living on the edge of nothing
some are brain washed
some are just stupid
they are what is wrong
I love the country
but I do not like where we go
if we wake up the new day will dawn
free yourself
because no other will, get back what was stolen
I am human and want what is humane
don't be stupid
be smart
and that is a part of being free
