When We Pass Away
By some people are perturbed and annoyed
God gave us moments to be enjoyed
And on occasion He will want to bother
Even if brother, mother, sister or father
Read God's Bible which is quite a book
And after another breath by you was took
Be sure to continue on to another page
Which was written by a wise old sage
On occasion good dreams do come true
But our son Jamie and Jesus died at thirty-two
And as over several parts we start to skim
We have many great memories of them
I wake up each morning and can hardly wait
To write happy poems which will celebrate
The coming of Christ and also our son
Who we love and each are a precious one
The Bible has never been a bunch of bull
We are greeted by God's great gospel
Then here on earth will no longer stay
And return to heaven when we pass away
