When She's Gone

I can feel the fury boiling in her eyes. How did things suddenly change? Out of nowhere, there came an hour, That burned me down to the core. In this book, now there'll be a page, Which I never saw coming. Seconds ago, we were humming, 'Bout plans to go about that night. And just like that...... It all just slipped out of me, Leaving me to fend for myself. How could she be so cold? While her eyes were burning wild. I never want to see her, Not on your life or mine! I mean, what did i do? That upset her mood. And even though, I didn't know my fault, I begged for forgiveness. Which, she never accepted. Curse her! How could she? Right now, I'm shouting words, That I can't write down! I'm never going back! I'm leaving for good! I don't want to stay, And ruin your day. I don't want to spoil, My fragile mood again. And deep down I hope, Maybe there'll come a day; When she understands why, I'd let go of her struggling hand. And if she is reading this now, I seriously don't care, About the effect it'll have on her. I'm done! I'm so done! I'm done with all this drama! But even though, I'm bursting right now, My heart knows, That i'm lying to myself. I'll never be able to forget her. That's my biggest problem, I always take'em to heart. I can never leave, Even long after she's gone.......
