When Moms Away the Cat Will Play
When Mommy’s away, the cat will play;
I’ll play with that new bra today.
I do love playing in her space,
where are these lovely things of lace!
None the wiser, Mommy be;
afterwards I’ll have some tea.
In lacy stuff, I’ll play and play;
oops! Oh no, a claw has frayed!
Mom will notice such a thing;
why didn’t I play with the stringed blings;
instead of this big white, lacy beast?
Certainly, I’m soon to join the deceased!
