When Loves Right
Don’t try so hard sweet girl
It rides on waves that curl
That shine like gems in light
By moon on seas at night
The joy you seek is here
This place has naught to fear
As fish in shade seem dark
But glow with sun’s sweet spark
Just reach with love in hand
And cast it in the sand
As grains join then to hide
Your love moves with the tide
It can’t be held that tight
Just wait it comes in sight
Then let the ebb and flow
Take hold and watch it grow
You’ll see true love in time
Grows depth like aged fine wine
So hold not tight my dear
Trust time to make it clear.
