The zinnias purchased were of fuchsia Then reproduction died All the beauty's contribution Left garden's side Sadness filled lovers' hearts; tore them apart Gold zinnias left, too She decided green ones to start Some orange, not blue Patience grows a garden, prayer gives hope Love covers many sins Giving the faithful means to cope Right always wins Written: January 05, 2023 Sponsor: Constance La France Contest: Zip, zig, zag, zing Checked with syllablecounter.net, orange can be pronounced with one syllable and in this poem it is one syllable. Colors of zinnias given as gifts have meaning. Fuchsia, hot pink, magenta means deep and everlasting love Yellow means warmth and happiness Green means nature, renewal, growth, and emotion Orange means health and vitality

Amazing wisdom for a living can be found in this poem: A landscape can be grown with perseverance, and faith can be found through meditation; nevertheless, compassion can hide a myriad of faults. Providing the loyal with the tools to adapt means that justice will prevail.
