What Your Love Can Do

The butterflies that flutter when I hear your voice, or see your graceful face, The heart palpitations from the nectar of your lips make my heart skip and pace, When you hold me, the room empties it’s just me and you, When our bodies intertwine the passion is untrue, Through the ups and downs you take my hand to pull me through, And I am always here to catch you, No matter how far you fell, You know my deepest secrets that I have to tell, My best friend my lover, the honourable lord of my hand, Our love bounds us together like a wedding band, Vows whispered, sacred promises sound, From heart to heart my love I have found, Not even heavens angels can tear us apart.
