What Will I Do Tomorrow
I asked why yesterday.
I found an answer today.
I was seeking a certain end.
What I found was a beginning.
I was looking for a truth.
Instead I found wisdom…
I was looking for a friend,
And then I found love.
I wanted to put together thoughts.
When I wasn't looking, purpose stepped in…
While drowning I was holding my breath,
Then I opened my eyes and I was on land…
I was looking for a path to follow,
Someone handed me a map.
I was stumbling in darkness,
When a light was turned on…
I looked into a mirror,
not liking what I saw…
And then I looked into my soul,
I saw beauty…
I met God today…
