Lovely reflective thoughts in these lines Lisa. I have been away for nine months since my husband passed away last July. It is inspiring to be reading poetry again. Blessings Conniexxoo

Hi Connie - So nice to see you. Never do I take visits or comments for granted. I am very sorry about your husband. Healing knows no time or limits. I can understand about being away. I've been away for ten months myself. I'm still very busy and consumed with taking care of of elderly parents and their needs which doesn't leave me time or energy for poetry sad to say. May this day find you well, and yes, thank you Connie once again. I will see you very soon on your page. Have a wonderful weekend. Peace always.

Strange that your poem has the same thoughts as my latest post A Razor's Edge. Your comparisons are very apt. Blessings.
