What Pleased Pearle - Final 'e'

What pleased Pearle about Larry His chest was not overly hairy And when he stood up straight He was nearly five foot eight Then there were his table manners Not bad for the son of a tanner I've neglected his unpimpled face (Perhaps ‘cos he had moles in their place) But Larry’s sine qua non, to which she eagerly agreed He always spelled Pearle’s name with two ‘e’s’ So, they lived happy lives together, the perfect couple 75 years of wedded bliss ~ no need for a prenuptial
