Life has taught me
That the world is a battle field

Life has taught me
To love all but trust none

Life has taught me
That love never gives up

Life has taught me
That in God’s eyes
All men are equal

Life has taught me
That winners are not Quitters 

Life has taught me
To listen more and talk less

Life has taught me
That challenges are wombs
Pregnant with success 

Life has taught me
That satan is a liar 

Life has taught me
To be myself 
And nobody else

Life has taught me
That the finisher is the winner 

Life has taught me
God’s love is forever sure

Life has taught me 
To be calm in face of provocation

Life has taught me 
That the heart of man
Is desperately wicked 

Life has taught me
That you cannot please everyone
