What Lies Ahead

Write like it's your last poem
  Sing like it's your last song
Love like it's your very first love
  Kisses as sweet as a baby dove's

Every morning, bounce out of bed
  Who can tell what lies ahead
Weave through the day in a special way
  Be it sunny and bright or cloudy and gray

Whatever you do, do it with joie d' vivre
  With power and passion, though not all fevered
You've got your plans; the Creator has His
  When He lowers the curtain ~ That's show biz!

You're right... live like there's no tomorrow. I see there's still a little of Trumpilitiis out there. I'm a Canadian so I have no horse in this race but the current President has told some whoppers and no one calls him out. So much for a free and independent press. Stay frosty my friend.
