What Is That Clicking Sound
What is that clicking sound against my fingernail?
Click. Click. Click.
I stop typing and listen. It is a different clicking, smaller sound.
I look down expecting to see a bug
But it looks like something different.
Moves differently and it is pink and purple.
Click. Click. Click.
I get out a magnifying glass.
A teeny tiny itsy bitsy unicorn is on my right ring finger.
Clicking away with her teeny tiny itsy bitsy little hoofs.
I smile, and change my mind about the sound.
Rather than a click, click click,
It is now a clip clop clip clop clip clop.
Paradigm shift!
