What Autumn Leaves
Listen to poem:
Autumn leaves leaves red, brown, orange, dead!
Trees stripped bare, shivering in the cold air!
But, Autumn leaves behind the old for the new, becoming.
Protecting leaved trees from winters freeze,
That would kill them in the ice and snow.
Autumn leaves trees ready for renewal,
When Spring finally arrives on the scene.
The cycle of seasons is what leaves
Nature in charge of renewal and revival,
After the leaves fall in Autumn season.
What Autumn leaves is like seeds,
From which entire new trees can grow,
When it's time for a reawakening.
