What a Trip

For my very special birthday,

my girlfriend and I went on a trip on the ocean not on the bay.

Before going to bed,

I washed some things out~then off to see the sun of red.
My things are still wet the next morning,

this must be a huge warning.

It turns out,
they are my things she said with a shout.

We both had it all,

we laughed until we had to crawl.

Both with bright teal underwear,

that was more then we could bare.

Note: She has since passed away. At her funeral,
I told this story along with a couple more.
Everyone laughed. Sad to lose a great friend........

Good friends must be treasured for they are few and far between - i have been to several schools in my life but never have I made as many as I have here on soup, and all because we all have the same interest at heart . Paula thank you for you continual wonderful support during 2021 and hope we get to know each other a whole lot more this year. Happy 2022 to you dear PAULA . Hugs ad Blessings, Jennifer
