Well I Geuss Now You Notice
even when you're surrounded with love how you often feel you're all alone
and even from your own home you feel the need to roam
how always accompanied by many people seem you have no friend
and somehow seems a loner even with your kin
you crave for something so long and suddenly lose your appetite
lusting after the luscious taste and full from just one bite
you're chasing for so long to feel the touch of true love
only to see everything go wrong finding out it's not what you thought it was
you put forth so much effort in school studying to achieve a decent grade
only to suffer the disappointment once we see what we really made
yes! and the job market where we're thrown tossed and hurled
and find ourselves bending over backward trying to move up in the world
and what about how for other people the skies seems so blue
and everyone's getting a peice of the pie . well at least everyone but you
and to some life can be so pleasing but you only receive the stress and strain
always trying to make it a little bit easy by just dealing with the pain
how life steadily throwing punches at you and you stand and take it
not giving up knowing that you're through but still trying to make it
then after all hope is gone you find all your answers in God
now beating yourself up saying if I'd only known i would have beaten the odds
..
