Weather Forecast

polar vortex intensifies
as bitter arctic air
ushers in the new year

winter storm conditions
stir gusts of wind
scattering good wishes

prevailing disturbances
eventually converge
as high chance 
depression and instability
will soon dissipate

accumulation of good cheer
will undoubtedly release
barometric pressure

if you plan a trip to the
intertropical convergence zone
you’ll be trading
your ice storm warning for
a high probability of a warm front
with a heavy surf watch

here or there
it’s a meteorological
Happy New Year !
