We, the Sad Generation

We, the generation of grand pictures, walk through life, bearing unfaithful filters. Sins, comprehended through biblical scriptures, fear escapes the team of timid tilters. We, the generation of past trauma, torn up by those we care mostly about. Destinies - blind to discoloured aura, ignorant to chances of falling out. We, the generation of less fortune, lack the insightful knowledge, to pour in. A plagued future births all misfortune, hopeful for luck, no matter how foreign. We, the generation of brokenness ~ In seek of direction and forgiveness. 11 July 2022 It's All About The Three Q's Poetry Contest Form: 3. Congratulations on your win. What a sad yet wonderful write. Each generation has many problems. We had war/no money/very hard times. I worked in school, sometimes 2 jobs. Married on $35.00/no car/no place to live. Moved in with family/a hell hole. Many today have been given way too much/are not thankful. Today the kids could never live through what we did. We worked very hard for little so we could eat/pay rent. Today the kids need to look at all the blessings around them/be thankful/work hard. Look at life as adventure. Have a fun/great/blessed day................

We are experiencing life in different ways and to some of us it is really painful to deal with it, while some do live with less gratitude. I sure hope it will soon pass and we will be okay. Adulthood is so hard yet leaves room for thankfulness! Thank you so much for this message and God Bless you!!!
