We Lost Each Other
Days passed by,
I had no news.
Then in a blink of an eye,
It became weeks, months, and years.
And that’s when I realized..
We failed.
We failed when we said we would keep in touch.
We lost contact.
Connection.
We lost each other.
And the only ones to blame were ourselves.
