I have been blessed with Synesthesia. In my case, I see letters or words in color as I write poerty. As a result, I am able to transfer what I see onto a canvas and create beauiful art. I have not attended art school nor have I had formal training.
They know the way, always knowing.
Clothe in red, courage overflowing.
Looking forward their heads held high,
but sorrow still.
They walk on the green earth; wisdom enters each step.
Mouths do not speak; their eyes speak only.
The strength of many; they carry on their shoulders.
Broad, study shoulders given to them by the Old Ones.
The great sun in all its wisdom secures them in faith.
They linger in it, but only for a while.
Their songs are in the wind, guiding their feet.
Shielded in HIS wisdom, the blue sky they follow.
Their intellect is known, it's kept in their secret place,
their black place.
HE is with them, HIS orange Wrap surrounds them, never leaving
their backs. Determination never escapes.
At moments, they look back, but only to remember.
They know the way, always knowing.
Clothe in black, green, orange, yellow, red and blue.
