A chilly school day as Miss Jones arrived her hat and coat in her hands Students sat still to see her eyes tear in great surprise as she warmed from the precious notes and gifts

Heya Linda My own experience with teachers was in religious institutional schools, under the cane, but even then there was some ok ones, not very many mind you, always wished I had a teacher like in your poem, congratulations on the win cheers David

I have heard tale of the parochial schools though I never experienced them. And I never experienced the one like Miss Jones either (a little bit before my school days, judging by the attire). :) Thanks for dropping by with congrats! Linda
