Wanted Someone soft and warm and sweet, someone with a soul. Someone for times when I am weak to rise and take control. Someone to stand beside her man without thought for all his lack. Someone that when he's not around she still will have his back. Someone whose laughter's made of joy who worships God above. Someone who knows the meaning of the word the world calls love. Someone I know I can forgive who will forgive me when I'm wrong. Someone to let me carry her at times when she's not strong. Someone somewhere within her lips I know her love is true. By the way she smiles at me as if she sees right through. Someone through all the thick and thin the happiness and sorrow. Someone that can start today and promise me tomorrow. Perfectly imperfect so that the world can see. I finally found somebody who is a lot like me. Edwin C Hofert
