Waning Heart of the Moon
In reflection on the ebb and flow -
it enchanted the moon to fall in love, but, the skin of the skies
wore bruised purple dyes from hardships of the day. Dawning tides
moved with poignant rhythm to a beating but bereft heart
swept out to a wept sea.
