Walk with Me

I wanted to tell you something—
Would you like to hear it?
Life is a short journey,
Would you walk with me through it?

When I can’t fall asleep,
Would you hold me close and help me sleep?
I’ve lost many precious things in life,
Would you still choose to be the most special one?

Whatever you say, I’ll always listen,
I just want to hold your hand in mine.
I want to spend my whole life with you,
Laughing and sharing moments by your side.

And if you ever can’t sleep,
I’ll let you rest in my lap,
Just keep smiling always—
Because I want to be the reason for your smile.

I’ve lost a lot too,
But I still want to have you.
Not just in this life, but in every life,
I only want you by my side...
