Walk Through Rain
"walk through rain"
although we would like the sun to shine
at times it sleeps and remains invisible
during such moments of obscurity
walk through rain
darkness and despair accompany life
butterflies may not follow our path
leaving souls without grace
leaving hearts to journey heavy
life is not for the strong
life is not for the weak
see the sun travel among butterflies
their power is for all to embrace
lift your soul with light
fill your heart with song
and yes time after time
walk through rain
