Waiting For Spring's Lush Display
Quietly, skyline paints the earth
Brown and orange of meadow's birth ;
Picturesque view, a cycle's sway
Birds chiming for pure nature's worth.
Refreshing the fields on display
Rows of grass flaunt a rich array ,
Splashing hues through a dazzling breeze
As blue mist glistens through the day .
Hills and vales swirl with lush tree
While children on dunes run in a wheeze --
Leaves reeling a graceful entrance
While woodland spins from night's trapeze.
Stem to stem, a fine -tune's dance
Ignites the start of springtime romance
A parade bursting with floral trails,
A time for March to twirl...to prance!
