Waist Deep In Rock

I'm a man of musical taste
With Classic Rock I'm very well placed
It's just the thrill of it all
     Guitar solo's enthral
But the Brandy plays havoc with my waist

We are getting old. Hey, I hear the kids all saying about the latest cool song they heard and then I say: " Yeah and it was back in 1972, too." Watch their eyes pop out! Nostalgic, James. Best wishes from Gerard.

James, I thank you for reading some of my poetry this afternoon. I have to say that this one of yours is both funny and so well written. I am new to all of this and I just put down what comes into my head. I look forward to reading and understanding more of your excellent work here. Thank you, Shar
