Virus

There's a virus that's going round
Far worse than any zombie has found
This one goes straight to, affecting the heart
Takes it out of the light tosses it into the dark

Where it eventually eats at the soul
A deadly virus that's hard to control
Making it hard to live out our lives
Bringing on shame that we all try to hide

For centuries man has searched for a cure
To make us feel better as it runs its course
From gurus to voodoo and all schemes in between
But only the Cross of Christ can cure the virus of sin
