The turning of a page The ending of a verse A beautiful story It once was.... Dreams~ That will last forever Loving moments Still dangling in time.... But like a ghost I know they'll haunt me Amid the seasons And throughout the years Within the crowds And certain places.... An instant Will unlock their door To a mirror Of past reflections Unleashing the sorrows Of a broken heart! Memories.... Of her smile, her laughter And her eyes~ The wind Whispering her name Over and over Again and again.... Virginia, Virginia My lost~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ {And only love}

Wow, John! What an fascinating and intoxicating poem....a beautiful tribute to this person who had been so dearly cherished..a testimonial of love depicted in a truly most passionate way. This is an amazing piece, John! Well...I hope that YOU are doing well! Things are alright here..Autumn has spread out a red carpet for winter..maybe more like one with an oriental design. What's all the fuss about..he comes and always wears out his welcome....brrrrrrrrr..Love to you John..best to you and yours

Oh John, dear John, this is a heart breaker. You touched the heart of anyone of us who has loved, yet lost someone, with such tender words of longing. As old as we get, we never forget the memory of a young love, and though life goes on, it is always a bittersweet memory, almost something to treasure. I love seeing this side of your poetry, such a sweetness. God Bless ~ Carrie
