Vinyl Records

Vinyl records are still around. They carry some amazing sound. If you are able, get yourself a turntable. The music you hear will astound.

lol, love this fun write, Robert. We gave all ours to a charity shop, but I've heard turntables are still available. My dad used to joke that he'd put a pin on a record and run round fast : )

They are the predecessors of today's CDs. They were usually black in color and were played on stereo turntables at speeds of either 33 or 45 RPM.

I have 78, 45, and 33 vinyl records still, they are some of the most wondrous inventions ever! I still listen to them, however the needles are getting harder to find nowadays! This is a wonderful limerick my friend! I love the subject matter, these records have a certain flare that the digital world does not have! What a fantastic poem Robert, Great Work!!
