Our current right-wing king tells us that the ivy league schools fall under the influence of leftist and communist teachings and promote really really bad ideas--very bad. It's kind of ironic that many of his advisors and family members graduated from ivy league schools. How can this be?

My friend Duke, your limerick poem exposes the hypocrisy of a right-wing critic who criticizes Ivy League schools for propagating leftist ideals while depending on Ivy League-educated advisers and family members. The topic also addresses issues of elitism, hypocrisy, and the silliness of political discourse. I enjoy how your language is informal and confrontational, utilizing terminology like "turd bits" and "ass wipes" to express contempt for the elites. This casual and coarse diction highlights the speaker's scorn.

SP, it's funny I actually have a high degree of respect for the Ivy League schools. They're hard to get into for a reason. However, they have a number of graduates who will say and do anything for their own personal gain. I doubt very much that was part of their intended education. Funny how some of the worst have flowed to the DT lagoon. They should have some loyalty or fondness for their alma matter; but in their desire to see an autocracy and for personal gain, they abandon honor, self-control, and empathy.

Anaya, I think you're right...decent people will stand with the principles of Jesus. Vance and DT are in for a very bitter learning experience. In fact, they're already living in denial with nothing within their hearts that I would ever want to experience. We'll certainly get to see this play out and it won't be pretty. I think the Pope should say, he'd like to be President of the US and then laugh and say....heck, it was only a joke! Smiles!

Thanks Robert. I know some decent graduates. What's being done to defund research and punish academics is terrible. Some news stories recently explained that AI tech promoters think that AI will be able to solve medical issues, and so the research being done is a waste of time. That seems very odd to me. Anne-Lise, yes the toilet bowl king knows how to pick a loyal staff of real winners. He won't be satisfied until he's stuck the rest of our heads in the toilet like they do in the movies. He and they really get off when they're torturing people.

Thanks Lin, I thought it was appropriate since what the king and his minions are doing flies in the face of reason. If there is an afterlife, they will all surely end up in hell. That would also be too good for them. Smiles!!

I don't think he likes the facts nor does he seem to care for it... I have to say he does talk rubbish... and still he has so many supporters.. but I guess thats due to his bigoted ideologies.... Another great iformative and humorous poem ...

SO, thanks for this comment. It seems to be about a small number of ideologues establishing autocracy, making tons of money, and having the rest of us bow before them. The supporters will remain loyal unless there is some kind of economic disaster. They generally have a disdain for immigrants since they are easily blamed for problems. These issues are much more complex than many of his supporters realize. Hope you are well.

Jan, I was thinking you might really like this one. I'm not just thinking irony....I'm thinking cast iron-y. I really wish we could flush these people away. IE, they do love criticizing universities and the people who work for them. Part of establishing an autocracy involves removing those who would object. Autocrats love the education they got, but hate anyone being able to point out what they are in the process of doing and worse...those suggesting it's wrong.
