Velvet Magic
Woodland to saunter,
Braced up across the sky,
Tendrils of leaves curl like locks
Fresh the mist sprinkling my face.
An airspray of soft raindrops
Flow on her fair bluewater
As goblins play and whistle
Joy in her embrace.
Velvet lays on ground
My dream-like eyes sparkle,
While blooms come dancing
A sweet merry-go-around
The light tap on the skin,
Curious lips to ponder
Every magical whim.
Somewhere to surrender,
Melting down my cheeks
Upon the forest floor
Wisp of comfort streaks.
In absence of reason,
A moment of wonder,
In her arms blessing seasons,
Velvet in the sky.
