Vbt Practice 78 of 112

Shocking consciousness out of stupor
To get to divine realms upper!

Immersing ourselves in both pleasure & pain
Rotating sensations with nonchalant disdain

Dwelling not upon any one extreme
Flowing through sensations as in a dream

In stillness sanguine
We determine

The centre between the two!
Therein abide and self renew

This practice takes the aid of sensory organs we treasure
Rotating, recognising & resting at midpoint of pain & pleasure

Where does the sensation arise
Having arisen, how does it rise
Having risen, how does it subside
Having subsided, where does it hide

So is it then, the complex made easy?
Which layer of hue makes us light & breezy?

Your too humble U.S. to convert a carriage into a Ferrari is no mean achievement.

Thank you David! These meditations are from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra. All I have done is to convert it as if my understanding into poetry form. Happy you enjoyed!
