Immersing ourselves in both pleasure & pain Rotating sensations with nonchalant disdain Dwelling not upon any one extreme Flowing through sensations as in a dream In stillness sanguine We determine The centre between the two! Therein abide and self renew This practice takes the aid of sensory organs we treasure Rotating, recognising & resting at midpoint of pain & pleasure Where does the sensation arise Having arisen, how does it rise Having risen, how does it subside Having subsided, where does it hide So is it then, the complex made easy?
