Vanishing Moments
Cotton candy love full of melting pleasures soon are gone away,
like warm rain ,the smell of Lavender, sweet tast of ice cream,
laughter from children on a perfect day,
tiny eyes squinting from the morning sun,
aroma from a fresh baked apple pie, knowing it is done,
snowflakes falling on a wintery day,
sun coming out,melted all away,
first words spoken, laughter filled with tears,
time came and went,it is our golden years.
