You write so beautiful Andrea, I am glad I took my time to enjoy all your haiku. I might write a poem today. So please check out my new poem later tonight. "I never promised you a haiku." Don't be surprised if I come back to read a few of the ones I comment already. I got a sweet poem just for you. I'm studying your haiku. I will leave and extra smiles, on the ones I like the most. This is a very interesting haiku. The rock has so much meaning and so many benefits to man...minerals, various chemicals, etc. I painted a vaguely familiar rock once...in the woodlands. Reminds me of Gary Snyder's poetry. Have you ever read him? I have tapes of him and many other poets. I often listen to them before going to sleep. Peace & Blessings Matthew Anish

A gracious contribution to Raul's contest, I took a look at this one. I kept thinking of iron ore mountion's reflection in the spring, of life giving srubs. Smile. Sincere, Agape, Moses

This is sure to place very strongly Drea nicely done =) I do so enjoy reading the works of the many talented poets assembled here it inspires me deeply, thank you very much Also to respond to your query on the Breakfast poem I have to say yes my ex girlfriend really did get to me but if theres no depth to the passion or if restrains are imposed on ones love then is it really worth an investment. It's been over and done for the past six months, but a past love lives in the abscense of a present.
