Another creative write. Love the write and cat picture. We are living in an "Upside Down World" and cannot get out. Reflection in the mirror or in the water, what do we see??? Is it really just me??? Have a great/blessed day writing away....................

We are all ghosts Paula. Eventually. Some walk through life in the "Now" feeling they are ghosts. There are 'Others' who recognise the ghosts, they are the ones holding the LIGHT. The peculiar thing is, the ones who think they are ghosts totally unseen in the dark, are "Lit" and they are holding the LIGHT too, for the ones who think they are the LIGHT soldiers. Go figure. And take a seat all the naysayers and reflect on that one for a while... Much love to you. Always. Leanne. xx

You have powerful yet fun writes. Love Them. OK, you are a ghost here. I see it. Yes, "we are all reflections of each other." We can see things in others but not in our self. It is a mirror we are looking into and not knowing it. As you say, " It is an upside down world, for sometimes, the good ones lose and the bad ones win." Evil is still evil. God always has the last say. Hooray!!! I want to be on the God team. Have a very blessed day/weekend.....................

Thank you Paula.Well, if I was to go and get all psychoanalytical about it, or just plain psycho (Jung, Freud)....the mirror is a portal to the other self, but in this poem, I am a ghost and I am seeing the other's (a separate individual to me) reflection in myself and we are both trapped. It makes for a good horror story in real life. As for humanity, we are all reflections of each other, we are looking for the essence of us in each other, or parts of the other individual/s we contain within ourselves, but are not fully aware of it...or are. We all have commonality in our genetic helix (to a certain extent). To survive, there is a predatory element in all of us, which most are aware of, the remainder go with the flow and we are swallowed by the whale. It is an upside down world, for sometimes, the good ones lose and the bad ones win. There is a lesson in all of this somewhere and it lives in karma. That is the labyrinth of it all. Just my thoughts, addled as they are. Xx

I dunno, it's a 1 bedroom apartment, but large. I could go a small hound, but would have to be gentle around 2 cats. I usually have a preference for larger dogs...but that video of Weird and Gilly's puts another perspective on Jack Russells for me...lol. Too funny. I have an ultra serious glamour puss, she who must be obeyed (poor Rupert Valentino, the other), her name is Moonlight, (Moonie for short)...this Bowie song, fits perfectly. I love anything by Bowie. Well Parker, that's not really what this poem is about. But we all die someday, some way. I'll give you this though, I'll make a spectacular spectacle of a ghost, I shall haunt many. That's a promise not a threat. :) xx
