It has an unbelievable force of power alone

An unconditional simple act or gesture

Can make such a positive difference to another when shown

So true my friend. You never know what a little bit of kindness on your part can do in someone else's life. You never know what the person you just passed on the street or stood next to you in line at the store is going through. If you see someone without aa smile, give them one of yours. people search for happiness. I suggest they become aware of the fleeting moments of joy that dance past them...in the eyes of a child, the silliness of a puppy, the smile offered by the old man in the park when I speak to him, that unbroken egg yolk that makes breakfast so much more fun....etc,,,,etc.....Nice one Deb...go me thinking

For me personally appreciation and what really matters in life enhances as l age. Kindness has always been a front runner for me because my mum showed and taught all her children the importance of kindness. I always appreciate your thoughts John....Thankyou...Debx
